History
Sole proprietorship “Rolandas Asauskas scientific research firm SIMULA” is founded and registered by Lithuanian Centre of Registers at 1995.
Code: 134497581
Formally that is the sole proprietorship of one man being created for the execution of special scientific research projects.
Firm specialization (activities)
1. Description of scientific researches:
1.1. Mathematical and computer modeling and simulation of physical and technological processes, creation of special software. There are executing the following:
Ø detailed analysis;
Ø creation of various models of single and partially integrated processes, reactions, mechanisms, etc.;
Ø generalization and synthesis of separated models;
Ø creation of unified integrated mathematical and numerical model of processes (structure of modules, numerical methods, etc.);
Ø special computer software – computer models – is produced in the base of created numerical (and mathematical) models.
There is an especially large experience in the field of development and application of stochastic methods (Monte Carlo, etc.) and molecular dynamics for the creation of complex and complicated computer models and simulation procedures (radiation processes, reactors, military projects, etc.).
1.2. Simulation of various scenarios is carried out in base of created computer models; the base for technological-industrial activities is prepared.
1.3. Activities by selected fields of technologies:
· industrial laser technologies (high power industrial laser technologies - laser cutting, welding, processing/treatment of various materials, etc.);
· low temperature plasma (reaction kinetics and dynamics, other processes);
· high energy and intense beams technologies (military projects);
· wide spectrum radiation impact on materials erosion (nuclear energetic, various technological and natural processes);
· gasification and pyrolysis (modeling & simulation of reactors);
· microelectronics (ion implantation and other technological processes);
· transfer phenomena in semiconductors (high electric field effects, instabilities, other physical processes);
· underground water pollution dynamics and cleaning problems and technologies.
2. Description of economical type activities:
2.1. Mathematical and computer modeling - creation of computer models of techno-economical activities of economical objects (wide spectrum companies, plants, service enterprises, other activity type enterprises and institutions). Detailed technical and finance-economical analysis is carried out, and computer models are created on their base. All those are presented as follows:
· market analysis and simulation (produced products demand and competition);
· analysis and selection of used and planned technologies;
· analysis and modeling of internal and external technological flows and cash-flows;
· construction and creation of techno-economical models of economical objects;
· creation of computer models (numerical models and programming);
· analysis of projects (objects development) finance support (partners, investors, bank loans, credit lines of various funds).
2.2. Simulation of scenarios of objects’ economical activities by use of created computer models. Detailed feasibility studies, strategies, detailed business plans for internal use and for banks and other financial institutions are prepared using simulation scenarios.
2.3. Fields of activities (and experience too) resulting preparation of detailed business plans (in this case there are involved projects being realized by SIMULA owner as projects’ executer in the frame of other companies) are as follows:
· project “Laser & plasma technology transfer group” – industrial lasers application for various technological operations (personal project);
· automotive projects - kit-car and replica-car plants (industrial projects); heavy transport and personal automobile vehicles’ engines repair plants;
· bio-fuel and alternative fuel production (RME/bio-diesel and ethanol plants);
· pyrolysis and gasification (bio-oil and syn-gas production; synthetic fuels production; biomass, waste tires, MSW (municipal solid wastes), agriculture and animal husbandry residues use for bio- and synthetic fuels production);
· social objects’ and dwelling houses’ construction business;
· energetics (traditional and nuclear power plants; renewable energetic power plants, CHP – combined heat power – plants; other energetic objects);
· industrial and technological parks;
· logistics (intermodal terminals, etc.).
3. Other activities
3.1. Search for projects’ finance support.
3.2. Engineering development and design – fulfillment by cooperation with partners (special design companies).
